We understand that plans change and, if needed, we will work with you to cancel or change your booking. We will be happy to provide a full refund if you cancel or change within 2 days of your booking date. If the weather is extreme on the day of your booking we will refund your deposit. On very windy days our backup paddling location will be Kemp Lake.  Please contact us immediately to discuss your situation if your plans change.
